Curtis
Burz
Born in 1970, he lives
in Berlin. Although becoming a film director is only a few years back but
Curtis definitely has a talent. His short films are regulars to some
important film festivals like Oberhausen Short Film Festival (Germany),
Clermount-Ferrand Short Film Festival (France). He is also an actor and a
lecturer in one of the university in Bremen. His two powerful short
films: “Mark Morrisroe – Polaroids 1959-1989” and “VIRGINia” will be one
of the highlights in this year’s festival.
DJ
Sly
DJ Sly from France
might not be known (yet) in the Jakarta’s clubbing scene, but he has
lived here for some years. Involved in a few music projects with Centre
Culturel Français (CCF), he is ready to rock the parties at Q! Film
Festival this year with his favourite Progressive House and Techno beat.
Tika
Tika is probably new
to the music scene. But her first album “Frozen Love Songs” is taking the
world by storm. She reached an instant fame to the Indie music scene
here. With her distinguished voice, Tika will perform at the opening
Party of Q! Film Festival this year before sinking down again in some
above-the-ground music spots.
DJ
Palmer Groove
Starting as a
volunteer last year at the festival, he is jumping into the spotlight all
over the place as a music band manager and will debut as a DJ in the
festival. As an acute Björk fan, he will play mostly chill-out music at
the opening party.
