Young AIDS-sufferer from Papua tries to escape reality. With his fugitive companion Minus he meets a Javanese prostitute named Madonna. The relationship that follows causes Joseph to open up and dedicate the rest of his life for humanitarian purposes.

The movie demonstrates how trafficking destroys culture and civilization. It’s a dark picture conveyed through a line of story that touches our very human conscience.
