Q-Munity
A community-based non-profit organization consisting of freaks and weirdos who happen to have passion for films and other hedonistic materials in the world. Q-Munity has been organizing the annual Q! Film Festival Jakarta and has spread its wings to other cities like Jogjakarta and Bali for the last 4 years. They are also responsible for founding another film festival called Moonwater Film Festival.

Ening (Marketing)
Ening might be her real name. But she feels more at ease with her celebrity’s name: Cucur.  Juggling between her full time job as an arts programmer and a social climber, she is discreetly spending her nights playing Uno cards with some friends.

Hary (Administrator)
After spending some meaningful 3 years abroad as a diplomatic slave and gained extra kilos, Hary is back with a more patriotic vengeance. He is slowly crawling into an owl. As a clean freak, he’s destined to be a very qualified househusband.

Haly (Promotion)
As an energizer bunny, Haly is all over the place spreading his wings. Looking back into his wild past, we now understood why he knows most gay men in Jakarta. A true entertainer by heart, he also loves eating in double portions.

John (International Director)
Don’t let this international slut, who loves to try all the colors in CYMK list, see an evidence of left-over food on your plate. He shall snap you with his icy-looking narrowed eyes, while inhaling his cigarettes from the 7th box he had that day. Just told this spa-addicts, how his skinny and anti-fat body added weight more than before. He shall give you his wide-open smile and you’ll be fine.

Lucky (Marketing)
Lucky spends most of his time dreaming to be in one of the pages of Tatler Indonesia magazine. You can find him in most fabulous parties with his pink aura. This hedonistic icon is now preparing for his first feature film.

Okka (Promotion)
Okka has announced a tough competition against Bianca Castafiore to win Captain Haddock’s heart. His computer skill doesn’t make him look like a geek. As a failing ex Indonesian Idol, he is now addicted to Facebook.

Poetry (Regional Director)

Our grand Miss Piggy has a sweet tooth. This gayest straight girl is in love with Japanese and horror films. She also collects all sorts of things where she buries them in her car and her room. She speaks from her fashion style with no shame.

Suryani (Project Coordinator)
Suryani is known as a true Chinese from her stingy life style. In order to hide her Chinese-ness, she is determined to become the next Margaret Tatcher. She’s also known as a fast runner in everything she does. Still she has to visit Glodok area every now and then to get her back to the ground.
